Installation Preparations

Before installation, please ensure the following:
  • Equipment Storage Environment: The installation site must provide sufficient space, and the flooring should be level, sturdy, and capable of supporting the weight of the equipment. Avoid environments with high humidity or direct exposure to sunlight.
  • Tool Preparation: Ensure that all necessary installation tools-including wrenches, screwdrivers, power drills, etc. - are available and meet the specific requirements for the equipment installation.
  • Personnel Requirements: It is recommended that at least two professional technicians work together to perform the installation, particularly for large-scale equipment such as treadmills, strength training machines, and similar items.

Installation Steps

We will provide detailed, on-site guidance regarding the installation steps; the basic installation workflow is outlined below:

Inventory and Inspection: Prior to installation, please verify that all equipment components and accessories are present and complete. Ensure that the packaging remains intact and that the equipment shows no visible signs of damage incurred during transit.

Basic Equipment Installation

When installing motorized equipment-such as treadmills, elliptical trainers, etc. -first ensure that the power supply and electrical connections comply with regulatory standards to prevent electrical malfunctions.

For strength training equipment-such as barbell racks, dumbbell stands, weight benches, etc. -verify that all bolts and joints are securely tightened to ensure the stability and integrity of all connected components.

Equipment Calibration And Testing
Upon completion of the physical installation, we will perform basic calibration and testing to ensure that all equipment functions are operating correctly. Examples include adjusting the belt speed on treadmills and testing the weight selection mechanisms on strength training machines.

Safety Inspection
Once the installation is finalized, we will conduct a comprehensive safety inspection to confirm that all safety mechanisms are functioning properly, thereby ensuring that the equipment poses no risk of injury resulting from operational errors.

Warranty Period Of All Parts Of Cardio Equipment Is 1 Year (Not For Human Damage)

3. Conditions and Ristrictions:
  1. The warranty period commence ninety(90) days after leaving the factory
  2. This warranty applies only against defects discovered within the warranty period, warranty claims need to be made within the warranty period.
  3. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty only
  4. This warranty does not apply to damange cause by accident, misuse, improper service or non-Impulse modification
  5. Warranties outside the country of origin may vary.
  6. You are consenting to be bound by the following warranty terms and conditions.
  7. We will send 2% free spare parts with goods, and if within 1 year have problem, you can list us, we will conclude them in your new shipment, if urgent use, still support air shipment.

    2. We issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) with detailed information; 
    3. You pay a 30%-50% deposit after confirming the PI; 
    4. We arrange production and notify you for inspection;
    5. You pay the balance after passing the inspection, and we will ship the goods.

    A T/T: 30%-50% deposit, with the balance paid before shipment.
  • Q What is the delivery time?

    A
    1*20GP: 20-30 working days.
    1*40HQ: 30-40 working days.
