MND-FS26 Seated Dip - The Accessible Powerhouse for Upper Body Push
Master the dip’s benefits without the demands of bodyweight. The FS26 translates the fundamental, compound pressing strength of parallel bar dips into a seated, guided format. This makes a supremely effective mass and strength builder for the triceps and lower chest accessible to a much wider range of users, from those building foundational strength to athletes adding focused volume.

【Guided Path for Targeted Overload & Safety】: The fixed, angled bar path stabilizes the shoulder joints in a controlled range of motion. This allows users to focus on overloading the target muscles with heavy weight, without the balance and joint stability demands of free-body dips, significantly reducing injury risk, especially for the shoulders and wrists.
【Adjustable Shoulder-Friendly Grip Width】: The handle grips are adjustable laterally, allowing users to find a width that best suits their shoulder anatomy and training focus. A narrower grip emphasizes triceps, while a wider grip brings more chest involvement, all within a biomechanically safe framework.
【Contoured Seat for Optimal Force Transfer】: The seat is ergonomically shaped to cradle the pelvis and includes non-slip textured upholstery. This design prevents the body from sliding forward during the pressing motion, ensuring force is efficiently directed into the push rather than being lost to repositioning.
【High-Load Capacity for Serious Strength Gains】: With an 85KG stack, this machine supports significant progressive overload. It is an ideal tool for adding pure, focused pushing volume after primary bench press work, or as a main movement for those focusing on arm or chest development.
【Scalable for All Levels】: Unlike bodyweight dips which have a fixed minimum resistance (one’s bodyweight), the selectorized stack allows the exercise to be scaled down for beginners or rehabilitation, and scaled up far beyond bodyweight for advanced strength athletes.

Democratizing a Foundational Movement Pattern
We developed the FS26 to solve a common gym floor problem: the dip is a profoundly effective exercise, but bodyweight versions are inaccessible or intimidating to many, and weighted versions add complexity and risk. Our engineering challenge was to capture the essential biomechanics of the dip—the torso angle, the elbow path—in a stable, user-friendly platform. This involved precise angling of the guide rails and positioning of the seat. In manufacturing, the welds at the junction of the guide rails and main frame are among the most heavily reinforced in our facility, as this joint bears the entire concentrated load of the movement. This machine is a testament to our belief that great strength equipment should make elite movements accessible, allowing more people to safely build the kind of upper-body pushing power that was once the domain of advanced calisthenics practitioners.
